Every clean leaves a record.

Most cleaning companies ask you to trust that the work happened. We hand you the timestamps, the photos, and the audit for every visit, whether or not anything went wrong.

A sample of the record you receive after every visit. Yours arrives in the customer portal the moment the crew checks out.

The standard

Three things happen on every visit

Not a promise about quality, a procedure that produces evidence. It runs the same way on a federal contract and a four-hour office clean.

  1. 01

The crew checks in on site

GPS confirms the cleaner is at your building, not near it. The clock starts when they arrive and stops when they leave.

  2. 02

The checklist is worked in order

Each item is ticked with a timestamp and a photo. The route through the building is the same every visit, so nothing gets skipped on a short night.

  3. 03

    The photos are audited

Every photo is checked against the item it belongs to. A miss becomes a re-clean task before you notice it, and both the miss and the fix stay on the record.

Government

Built for the contracting officer, not the brochure

The quality-control plan in our proposals is not a document describing a system. It is the system, and you can read it live for every site we hold.
