What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to answer you, we keep it in one place, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you request a walkthrough we collect your name, email address, phone number, the company or agency you named, the building ZIP code, the size you described, and any notes you wrote.
The site uses no advertising trackers and sets no cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the request you submitted, schedule the walkthrough, and send you a price. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. Only company staff can read them. The submission form can write to that table and cannot read from it.
Photographs of your building
If you become a customer, the visit records include photographs of the areas we clean. They exist to document the work. We keep them for the life of the contract, and three years on government contracts to meet retention requirements. We do not publish a photograph of your property without written permission.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become customers are deleted after twenty-four months. Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship plus the retention period above.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you ask us to delete a record we are legally required to retain under a government contract, we will tell you which record and why.
