   To confirm the building, the access hours, and what is not working about your current arrangement.

   We walk the building with you

   About twenty minutes. We measure, count restrooms and floor types, and write the checklist against what is actually there.

3. 03

   You get a fixed price and the checklist

   Within two business days. The checklist is yours whether or not you hire us, so you can hold anyone to it.
