Commercial janitorial
Recurring cleaning for offices, medical suites, and light industrial space. The checklist is written against your building during the walkthrough, then it runs the same way every visit.
What the checklist covers
- Restrooms sanitized, restocked, mirrors and fixtures
- All receptacles emptied, liners replaced
- Floors vacuumed, spot-mopped, edges and corners
- Entry glass, interior partitions, high-touch surfaces
- Breakroom counters, appliance fronts, sinks
- Periodic: vents, baseboards, light fixtures, interior windows
Government custodial
Federal, state, county, and school district facilities under a written statement of work. Priced off the applicable wage determination and staffed to the SOW rather than to a margin target.
What the checklist covers
- Custodial to the SOW, at the stated frequencies
- Periodic floor care inside the base contract
- 30-day phase-in with daily QC through week one
- Wage determination applied and validated before each payroll
- Records retained and produced on request
- Named supervisor and a single point of contact
Floor care and windows
Scheduled or one-off work that keeps a building from aging faster than it should. Booked inside a recurring contract or standalone.
What the checklist covers
- Strip and refinish, machine scrub, burnish
- Carpet extraction and spot treatment
- Interior glass and low-rise exterior windows
- Pressure washing for walkways and entries
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in and move-out turnovers
Residential
Recurring house cleaning and deep cleans. The same record, the same photos: you can see what was done while you were out.
What the checklist covers
- Kitchens: counters, exteriors of appliances, sink, floors
- Bathrooms: sanitized, mirrors, fixtures, floors
- Living areas: dusted, vacuumed, mopped
- Bedrooms: surfaces, floors, beds made on request
- Deep clean add-ons: interior oven, fridge, cabinets, baseboards
- Move-out cleans to a landlord checklist
