Core competencies

What we perform

  • Recurring custodial

Daily, nightly, and periodic custodial to a written SOW. Restrooms, floors, glass, trash, breakrooms, entryways.

  • Periodic floor care

Strip and refinish, machine scrub, burnish, carpet extraction. Scheduled inside the base contract or priced as a task order.

  • Phase-in and transition

30-day transition plan: incumbent staff review, site survey, checklist build, supervisor assignment, first-week daily QC.

  • Documented quality control

Photo-verified checklists on every visit with GPS check-in and an audit pass on every photo. Records retained and available to the CO on request.

Differentiators

Why the QC section reads differently

  1. The QC plan is running software, not a narrative

Most janitorial proposals describe an inspection process that exists on paper. Ours is a live system that produces a timestamped record per visit. The QC section of our proposal is a view into it.

  2. W-2 workforce, not subcontracted labor

Every cleaner is a background-checked employee on payroll. Service Contract Act wage determinations are applied per contract and validated before each payroll run, which removes the most common source of a janitorial compliance finding.

  3. Sized for small field offices

We are built to perform well on the $40K to $600K award that larger firms staff thinly and treat as filler work.
